WHO YOU ARE: An individual with 5-7 years of customer service experience, can work effectively in a team environment, strives for continuous improvement, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Prior Property and Casualty industry experience is required. Licensed as a Property and Casualty Agent.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Providing rock star support to ensure that the client experience exceeds the satisfaction of each client and the standards of Telamon Insurance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day managing and servicing of standard and surplus commercial accounts within an assigned book of business. You will collaborate closely with our broker partners to maintain the book of business.
