With a team of workers compensation experts Troy opened the doors to Workers Comp Solutions in 2004. Troy has worked in the workers comp insurance industry for over 13 years as a Workers Compensation program consultant, loss control Vice President, business development Executive and entrepreneur. Troy’s mission with Workers CompSolutions is to provide employers with the necessary tools to manage an effective workers compensation program while providing all employees with the safest work environment possible. This has been accomplished through the team at WCS through effective loss prevention programs, claims management training and nurse case management services.

Pam has been specializing in workers compensation with a focus on claims for over ten years. She has experience in both the medical and legal aspects of workers compensation claims. Over the years she has worked directly with many different local and national employers in industries such as manufacturing, schools, retail, healthcare and hospitality. She is a licensed adjuster in the State of New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont. She is a member of the NH Adjusters Association and has earned her workers compensation law specialist certification.

Matt has an extensive background as a safety engineer, safety consultant, loss control manager, business development manager and teacher in the safety and workers compensation industry for over 13 years. He has worked in the Medical, Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing industries performing high level consulting and engineering projects revolving around workers compensation, return to work, muscoskeletal injury reduction, patient and material handling, accident investigation, ergonomics, industrial hygiene. These tasks have been completed by leading chief level executives and employees on how to increase productivity while decreasing accidents and injuries successfully creating a healthy and productive work environment.

Everactive is the Wellness Program division of WCS. Our goal is to not only work on improving workplace safety and reduce accidents, but make the employee and their families healthier. This is done by providing them the necessary tools and information to be proactive in their personal and family lives. Peter Sleight has over 15 years of professional experience in the fitness field, both as an exercise physiologist and as a fitness manager. His expertise covers all aspects of fitness. Specialties include exercise testing, exercise prescription, programming and implementation, as well as special population training and coaching. Peter is a certified Senior CTS (Carmichael Training Systems) Multi-Sport Coach and a USA Cycling Expert Certified Coach.
