Elena Smalky - Vice President of Services, Marketing Associates Insurance

Elena has been with Telamon for 5 years.  She began in the insurance industry in 1978, bringing her vast knowledge to her role here at Telamon.  As the Vice President of Services, she oversees the department of eight Service Account Executives to provide day to day service to the insureds as well as client support.  She also plays the role of Account Executive and handles a book of business.  Her responsibilities also involve training and mentoring junior staff.  Elena enjoys classical music and attends concerts regularly.  She loves watching Red Sox and Patriots games.   Her passion is foreign travel with her three children, exploring different cultures and cuisines.  Designations held:  - CPCU, ARM, MA Brokers’ License and MBA in Finance (Boston College).

Elizabeth Grigalunas – Vice President of Surplus Services

Elizabeth joined Telamon in 1988, as the Manager of Surplus Services.  In 2006, she became Vice President of Surplus Services.  She is responsible for managing the company’s day to day operations of Surplus Services, where she co-manages her group with Dianne Sheedy.  Elizabeth concentrates on day to day operations of Broker and Insurance issues.  She primarily focuses on the underwriting aspects of Surplus Services.  Elizabeth belongs to the Boston Chapter of CPCU.  Her outside hobbies include golf and church activities.  She resides in Norwell, Massachusetts.  Designations held: CPCU and ARM.

Richard Butts – Manager of Select Financial Services

Richard joined Telamon in July of 2005 as an agent in our Holliston, MA office.  His role is as an individual producer for select financial services with Telamon's Holliston branch, Select Financial Services.  His responsibilities revolve around property and casualty insurance for personal and commercial policies.  Richard resides in Marlboro, MA.

Tom Fox - Telamon Technical Services

Tom has been associated with the Telamon Insurance & Financial Network for over ten years and currently serves as the President of Telamon Technical Services, LLC.  Tom brings over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry focusing on Quality Assurance and Development and presently serves on quality committees for the Massachusetts Extended Care Federation, Mass ALFA, and Mass Aging.  Tom's responsibilities include consulting operations oversight and conducting Risk Management/Loss Control surveys for a broad range of healthcare and social service risk. Tom has established solid working relationships with leading healthcare and general commercial insurance clients including CNA, Philadelphia Insurance Company, Fireman's Fund, Crum & Forster, Nautilus, and Western World.
