In-House Claims Management

Our In-House Claims Management is a centralized claims processing center

that ensures that all open claims are monitored, tracked and settled in a timely,

efficient and consistent manner.

 

With the help of monthly loss run reviews from the insurance companies, Telamon

is able to address claims issues immediately, working closely with all parties to

achieve a swift resolution.  

 

Julie Eshelman,  Claims Specialist, will monitor the claim process and facilitate

the communication between you and the adjuster handling your claim.  Julie joined Telamon in May of 2006, bringing 5

years of experience in personal lines to the agency.  Prior to Telamon, Julie served as Senior Account Representative

at Amica Mutual Insurance.  Julie made the switch to commercial lines after joining Telamon.  Her experience at

Telamon made the transition a positive one.  After one year with Telamon, Julie was promoted to Claims Specialist for

the Agency, where she has truly found her niche.  Julie looks forward to contributing to the success of Telamon with

her new role within the agency.

 

 

Claim Reporting Guidelines 

 

Workers’ Compensation Claims:

In order to expedite the claims handling, please call your carrier directly to file first report of injury.

 

Once a claim has been reported and assigned, Julie Eshelman will monitor the progress to ensure proper handling of

the claim by the adjuster.  She will order and review monthly loss runs and contact the adjuster for periodic status

updates.  Our ultimate goal is to have the claim closed out as soon as possible.
