Mike currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Telamon Insurance & Financial Network, and remains the sole owner of his agencies, other than Marketing Associates Financial Services where he has one partner. After graduating from college, Mike immediately entered the insurance industry. His first job was with the Travelers Insurance Company. Twenty-two years later, after holding such positions as Commercial Lines Manager, Marketing Manager, Claims Manager, President, COO, CFO, and CEO of a large local insurance agency, he decided to venture out on his own in order to establish a multi-dimensional insurance entity, one that would provide a full range of products to both brokers and insureds with an emphasis on customer service. Mike combined Surplus Services Insurance Agency, which he originally founded in 1975, along with Marketing Associates Insurance Agency born in 1981.  Mike accomplished his first goal in the formation of a comprehensive client network.

Christopher J. DeLorey - President of Financial Services

Christopher has been helping people manage risk for over twenty years.  Chris partnered with Mike Susco in 1993 and founded Marketing Associates Financial Services Insurance Agency, giving businesses and individuals a full range of insurance and risk management solutions. Combining this new company with Mike’s existing agency under the Telamon Insurance & Financial Network banner allowed one-stop shopping for insurance and financial products. The strategy paid off. Telamon currently handles the employee benefits and financial services needs of over 350 clients and 15,000 employees. Chris is also active in promoting the importance of a stable health insurance system in Massachusetts and on a national level. As President of Financial Services at Telamon, he is committed to helping companies get their health care costs under control.

Dominic Sestito - President and Chief Operating Officer

Dominic brings over 20 years of management and telecom experience to Telamon.  When he came to Telamon in 2003, he brought a new strategy for Telamon marketing efforts.  He developed one name and one brand for the entire agency, legalized the Telamon name and trademarked the Telamon tag line, "Rest Assured"®.  Dominic is a motivational leader with strong team building and interpersonal skills.  With Dominic’s hard work, he has established and grown Telamon as a  customer focused organization.  Dominic is responsible for managing Sales & Marketing efforts and vendor contracts, in addition to operational and procedural aspects of the company.

Greg M. Susco - Vice President
Drawing daily from his extensive corporate experience, Gregory M. Susco takes the extra time needed to craft the exact coverage required for his clients, helping them manage risk and control costs to reduce unnecessary insurance expenses. Greg joined the Telamon team in 2002 as a senior sales executive and within a year was moved into the position of IT Director. Greg brought a wealth of sales and IT experience to the company, developing a 5 year IT strategy and directing and managing its execution.  In the role of Vice President since 2004, Greg’s focus on strategy allows Telamon to provide its clients with a single-source solution, customized for their unique insurance needs. In his spare time, when not collaborating with Telamon’s Board of Directors, Greg serves on the Board of the Phoenix Charter Academy. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and is a member of the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization. Greg currently resides in downtown Boston.

Jill joined Telamon in 2003 as Director of New Business Development. She now serves as Sr. VP of Business Development, where she is responsible for managing the relationships with Telamon’s property & casualty carriers in combination with the requirements of our brokers & producers. Jill plays a large role in assisting with management of Telamon Surplus Services and premium development of that unit. Her success has come from her strong ability to develop business opportunities with new brokers, while maintaining deep business relationships with existing broker clientele. Prior to Telamon, she has served as President at GBT Insurance Agency. Jill Gold brings over 20 years of insurance agency experience to Telamon.

 Diane Sheedy – Executive Vice President

In the spring of 1993, Diane recognized the vision that Michael J. Susco had about the creation of the Telamon Insurance & Financial Network, and joined him as the Operations Manager of the newly formed Network.  She began her career in the insurance industry in 1977 working for Michael at another large local insurance agency with a concentration in the accounting area.  As the Network grew from the original eleven employees that Michael brought with him from the former agency, Diane assumed different roles within the organization.  Over the years, Diane has done underwriting, auditing, accounting, work flow analysis, and IT work.  She is currently a member of the Board of Directors, the Manager of the Accounting and Administrative staff, and she co-manages the Surplus Services Division of the Network.  Diane also assists the President, Dominic F. Sestito, in the day-to-day operations of the organization, which now employs close to sixty people.  Designation: Associate in Automation Management.
